Prices
* Prices listed at Johnnhywonny include VAT and are in dollars.
* Prices are per item.


 

Shipping costs
* Shipping costs are always free.

 


Delivery time
* Products that are in stock will be delivered within a max of 7 business days.
Exceptions to this are:
* If the order cannot be delivered within 7 business days because a product is out of stock, we will notify you within 2 business days, setting the new expected delivery time. If this poses a problem for the customer, they can cancel the purchase immediately. If the customer agrees, the new expected delivery time will take effect. Any payments made will be refunded to the buyer as soon as possible, but within a maximum of 7 days of notification.

Invoices
*An invoice will only be included with your order upon request.
Therefore, an invoice is not included with your order by default.

 


Warranty
* Johnnywonny guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement and meet the specifications stated in the offer. Any defects in the delivered goods must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
* The goods must be returned within this period, after which the customer will receive a full refund.

Data Management and Privacy
* The information you provide us is handled with the utmost care.
* Johnnywonny offers customers the option to stop receiving targeted advertising (by email) at any time. Customers can do so by sending an email, after which their information will be deleted from our database. Advertising or newsletters will only be sent upon request.
* If you, as a customer, would like to view, correct, or delete your data, please email info@johnnywonny.com.



Choices for personal data
We offer all visitors the opportunity to view, change, or delete all personal information that has been provided to us at that time.

Special situations
* Johnnywonny reserves the right to refuse any customer who has attempted to abuse its services in any way.
* If an order is seized by customs, damaged in transit, or lost during transport, Johnnywonny will always try to find the right solution in consultation with the shipping company. This may involve refunding your payment or resending the product you ordered. Naturally, we will first try to determine what went wrong and always keep you in the loop.
